Estimated delivery time and carrier varies by destination. Shipping within the USA usually takes 3-7 business days with tracking. We ship all orders using a network of carriers including FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, and more.

Due to the fragility of some of our items unfortunately damage can sometimes occur in transit.

Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to hello@healmonic.com.

Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and secured appropriately. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return of exchange items must occur within 5 business days of receiving them.

Please note that any returns must be mailed to us at your cost.

If you wish to make a return, then please email us at hello@healmonic.com first to initiate a return request and receive the return mailing address. Returns that are sent without initiating a return request first will not be processed. Returns that are sent to a different mailing address will be returned to sender. Please indicate the reason for your return in the email along with any photos if necessary for fastest processing.
