First thing I would mentioned is the packaging. It took forever to get it opened and not likely it would break in transit. Based on the effort to get it opened, I'm not certain if that is a good thing or not, very frustrating. No problem getting it to sing for long periods, not clear why folks are having issues with that. Starting a meditation class here in Denver on how to play it. The only issue I see being used to having a session and being able to relax is when you play it yourself there is not a lot of relaxtion.

      Beautiful sound very high-quality singing bowl to balance the chakra and just feel the beauty of the sound.I was pleasantly surprised to find not only is it plenty loud and clear, but it's really easy to play. Performing the singing,or sliding the mallet around the rim of the bowl,takes barely any effort.They generate a good vibration,and the vibration last for a long time.The sound is pure and powerful and makes everyone altered very fast.
